Brookdale Inn & Spa  Dining

Two on-site restaurants provide our guests a selection of dining experiences.

The world famous and very unique Brookroom encloses a natural stream flowing down its center. The Brookroom offers elegant dining, serving California cuisine using farm fresh ingredients Wednesday through Sunday evenings, and a sumptuous champagne brunch on Sunday.

The Brookroom is now under new management.

The Pancake House & Grill is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch.
